Conditions of the rental
The Valière have a maximum capacity of 10 people.
Rental is subject to a contract that includes a detailed review of the leased premises and equipment descrptif. The rental reservation becomes effective as soon as we received the signed rental contract and a deposit equal to 30% of the holiday price.
Vacation, some are their durations, start the first day at 18h and ends on the last day at 10am.
You will give a security deposit on arrival which will be returned at end of lease, if no damage is found on objects of the rented premises as well as leased premises themselves.
Price
The rental price is a function of the duration and the rental period ( off-season , low season , mid season , high season , high season) and the number of people ( in the off season and low season) .
Thus, rent for a week is :
- from € 900 in low season (hors saison) ;
- from € 1.100 in low season (basse saison) ;
- € 1.800 in mid-season (moyenne saison) ;
- € 2.200 in high season (haute saison) ;
- € 2.500 in high season (très haute saison) ;
The price includes : exclusive use of the house and its facilities , tourist tax ( 1,95€ per person and per night ), water , gas and electricity package.
The price does not include :
- Cleaning fee of € 250 if the household is made necessary on departure (cleaning not done or poorly done) or if you have chosen the option to household output places ( when you do not want to make the final cleaning room) ;
- Internet access ( wifi s option at a price of € 10 per week (option to access internet from your ( your ) computer ( s) laptop ( s), table ( s) you phone) cell (s ) Personal (s) ) ;
- The machine option , which includes the provision of bed linen (sheets , duvet covers , pillow cases ) , the towels ( large and small towel, washcloth ) table linen (towels tables ) and a pool towel at a price of € 15 per person for the duration of the stay;
- The option beds made ​​on arrival at a cost of € 5 per bed (available if you took the machine option ) ;
- The air conditioning option at the price invoiced by the electricity supplier for the kWh consumed ;
- The firewood for the fireplace option at a price of € 15 per week ;
- Electricity consumption beyond the package (the price charged by the electrical operator);
