​La Valière

La Valière is a charming authentic and traditional Quercy house on a plot of one hectare unfenced. It consists of an old part of Lotoise stone renovated and a part rebuilt in 2006. La Valière is located in the heart of the countryside.
It is classified tourist furnished 4 * since 2015 by the ministry in charge of the tourism.
Next to the house, a former bread oven with a barbecue area was restored in 2011. This sheltered place is ideal for pleasant evenings outdoors.
La Valière has an 11m x 5m swimming pool reserved for your exclusive use. It is equipped with a safety shutter (which opens and closes by simply turning a key). Its paved beach with deckchairs and parasols is waiting for you!
The pool benefits from a salt treatment for a better protected health: the salt is natural so that it does not have the disadvantages of the chemicals, and thus presents no risk of irritations or allergies for the eyes or the skin. The taste is extremely light and in no way comparable with that of seawater.
For amateurs, a ping-pong table awaits you.

To enjoy the outdoors, garden furniture for 10 people, deckchairs, parasols, and barbecue are at your disposal.
The Valière is composed in particular :

- 5 bedrooms of 15 m2 including 3 bedrooms with exposed beams and parquet flooring, and 1 bedroom with direct access to the pool. 3 bedrooms have double beds 140 x 190, 1 bedroom has a double bed 140 x 190 and a cot, and finally 1 bedroom has 2 single beds 90 x 190.
- a fully equipped kitchen including: dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge, gas hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, pressure cooker, etc. ...
- a large living room with a fireplace to spend pleasant evenings by the fire in winter, a sofa and chairs for 10 people, a flat screen color television (access to satellite channels), a DVD player, a hi-fi system, etc. ...
- a dining room where you can enjoy your good meals prepared with regional products around the large oak monastery table,
- a bathroom equipped with a bath, a shower and a double vanity unit, a bathroom with a shower and a double washbasin, and 2 separate toilets,
- a laundry room with 2 washing machines respectively with a capacity of 5 Kg and 13 Kg, a table and an iron and an auxiliary refrigerator,

- a garage that can accommodate 2 vehicles.

To accommodate the youngest guests : a baby bed, a high chair, a step board, a child's pot, a toilet seat and a baby bath.

And to relax, there are board games, billiards and a regional library.
